Villa Above the Port

Concrete and glass, finished in 2017, on a shelf of rock above the old town. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one hearth. The pool and terrace run the whole south side, over the harbour, with no shade on them after two. Parking for three cars behind the gate, which is the part that matters in a town where the quay is full by nine. The fish boats go out at five and the front bedrooms hear them.
