Someone answers the phone.
The office is open six days a week and the person who picks up is one of the three of us. Write instead if it is easier. Replies come the same day, or the next morning if you write after dinner.

On the quay, at the harbour end, two doors up from the fish market. Park in the residents’ bays after 18:00, not on the mole.
Viewings run six days a week, including early mornings in August. After 19:00, leave a message. We listen to them.
