Belle-Époque Top Floor, Old Town

Five floors up, above the plane trees on the old town’s main square. The last 21 steps are stone, and there is no way around them. Ceilings at 3.8 m, the original parquet, and a 38 m² terrace over the roofs to the open sea. There is one apartment to a floor. The kitchen was rebuilt in 2016, the fireplace still draws, and a concierge is in the hall six days a week.
